On Balance

On Balance

In seeking to create balance, look to acquire clarity.

Balance is not always stillness, but should surely never feel unstable.

Stillness without clarity is practically self-induced paralysis.

Yet movement with clarity creates an assurance that is, by its nature, balanced.

Balance is not about always moving or always remaining still. It is about doing both when each is appropriate.
